Leadership Team

In January 2020, Ogmore by Sea Church was registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (no. 1187256). The church remains self-funded by its members and attendees. It is governed by a Constitution with the governance overseen by a number of elected Trustees who form the Leadership Team. Currently, these are Mike Hill (Chair) and Dom White (Pastor), Sue Francombe and Paul Glenny. All four are residents of Ogmore by Sea.

More about our Pastor

Dom grew up in Tutshill, close to Chepstow and attended the local Anglican church from an early age. He was heading towards a career in music specialising in jazz guitar but Jesus redirected his journey into Christian ministry.

He was a ministry apprentice at City Evangelical Church, Leeds; followed by pastoral assistant at Christ Church, (Xscape) Castleford and then assistant pastor of Grace Church, Bridgend. His role as pastor of Ogmore-by-Sea Church is now full-time.

Dom is married to Ellie and they have two young girls - Megan and Enid. He enjoys music, cooking and digital art.
